students meet with career advisors and global sector leads (gsl) for individualized coaching and guidance on skill building, strategic career planning and employment negotiations to help target a job search strategy for specific positions or companies. lesley g. adams is the career strategist for the master of science in finance program within marshall’s graduate career services team. lesley joins the marshall team with a 20 year history of recruiting and coaching, including 15 years as assistant director of graduate career management at loyola marymount university, where she coached and advised mba, emba, and specialty masters students and alumni undergoing career transitions. her other positions include human resources and recruiting within the non-profit, manufacturing, and engineering sectors, including two years with  habitat for humanity, los angeles, where she roofed the 2nd floor of a home on a 26 home build.
